The month of June marked an increase in temperatures and action takers buying real estate in Aurora with 94 homes sold which is slightly stronger than the month of May and is 27 more than in June of 2017.  In the first 6 months of the year 448 homes have sold.  Average pricing of homes has decreased since May to $899,991 and with further analysis the median price of all home types came in at $748,000.  Detached homes specifically are holding their value on average at $1,111,588 with a median price reported as $1,039,250.  Sellers typically received 97 per cent of the asking price and homes sold on average in 32 days on the market. There were 229 homes placed on sale in June and 395 homes remained fo sale at month’s end.  While inventory remains high Buyer’s will take more time, caution and weigh their options of location, style and price or home more before purchasing.
