Is It still a Sellers’ market? The Mild winter has attributed to the Strong beginnings of the Spring Market. Toronto Real Estate Board has reported over 4600 transactions in January 2016. We are already seeing an 8% increase over January 2015.

The decline in residential listings has contributed to the accelerated sales and the multiple offers Buyers are scrambling and paying prices that well exceed the appraised values. If you are considering selling your home, it’s a good time to start preparing to go to market. March, April and May can be the biggest selling months of the year.
The condition of the home significantly impacts its sale and marketability. Condition can refer to the structure and maintenance of the major features of the home such as roof, windows, furnace etc it can also refer to the cosmetic condition.
