Main Street Realty Ltd., a boutique-styled real estate firm, recently opened its doors on Queen Street in Downtown Bolton.  Providing more than 30 years of real estate experience combined, Brokers Christina Pilon and Jim Eberly have fused their different strengths and styles to offer clients a customized buying and selling experience.
“Together we offer a unique blend of skill sets that complement each other and it works,” explained Eberly, adding he brings a sales and marketing background to the team, while Pilon utilizes her design and administrative experience.  “Working as a team allows us to do more than one thing at a time, and manage our client’s needs with more energy and efficiency.  Ultimately, what we are able to deliver is a higher level of customer service.”
Main Street Realty Ltd. is a brokerage that specializes in listing and selling residential and commercial real estate, from industrial office space to residential homes and estates.  “We have extensive experience with urban properties, as well as farm, century home, rural, recreational and commercial properties.”
“We love our downtown location,” said Pilon. “It’s a professional, comfortable, private and quiet environment in which to meet our clients.  The building that we are in has historic roots in Bolton, and among other businesses has hosted a real estate office even as early as the 1920’s.  Even though we utilize the latest in high tech marketing and web-based networking, we also understand that buyers and sellers highly value personal interaction.”
“At Main Street Realty we ask our clients to choose their real estate experience,” added Eberly.  “We offer a variety of choices because every situation is different.  We tailor our marketing to our client’s needs.”  After meeting with the client and discussing their particular circumstance and situation, Eberly and Pilon develop a marketing plan which includes professional services and a multi-faceted marketing plan created to deliver full-spectrum exposure for their property.
“People choose realtors.  They don’t choose a brand,” explained  Pilon.  “Buyers and Sellers need to respect and trust the individuals that they select.”  Pilon has lived in Bolton for almost 20 years and Eberly for 36 and both have a lot of connections within their community.  Pilon has been involved with Caledon Community Services as well as other non-profit organizations.  Eberly has volunteered his time to various groups around town, and has participated with the Kinsmen service club in Bolton since 1980.  A past president of Eco Caledon, Jim also ran for Caledon Regional Councillor in 1996.
