Century 21 Heritage

Christina Pilon and Katherine Milian are pleased to announce the opening of a new boutique-style Century 21 Heritage Group Ltd. real estate office in historic downtown Bolton. This will mark Heritage Group’s 9th location within the GTA area, providing exceptional home buying and selling experiences to all their valued clientele.
This newest office will take over a space from the well-loved Bolton Florist shop that has been in this same location for over 50 years, and is now located in the Hilltop Mall near the Giant Tiger. Heather Broadbent, Caledon’s former Heritage Resource Officer, said her research indicates a local miller named Gardhouse built this building. He intended it as a ladies wear store for his wife. It was later taken over by Lincoln Hutton, who had come to Bolton from Huttonville and set up a conveyance and real estate office there early in the 20th century. Broadbent said he had run federally for the Liberals. He was unsuccessful, but since they were the party in power at the time, he was appointed postmaster. According to Library and Archives Canada, he held the post from 1908 until 1927.
Katherine and Christina get excited when they talk about their ability to offer key benefits to clients when working with their brokerage. “Our clients can earn Air Miles, and we can offer comprehensive Client Connections packages full of discounts from other companies working through C21; and for sellers we are thrilled to announce the Enhanced Marketing Plan.” Primarily though, it is their mission to bring high tech solutions to any real estate situation, with a personalized touch.
Katherine Milian comes to the office with over 17 years of real estate experience, starting with new home sales within the GTA. She consistently ranked in the top 1% of the company’s sales force and played a key role in developing and implementing strategies to provide unparalleled service to clients in her market territories. Katherine’s current designations include Real Estate Broker, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), as well as being an active member of the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (IRB), and several other Toronto Real Estate Board committees.
Christina Pilon, also a real estate broker, brings 12 years of experience in Caledon real estate to this office. She holds an Interior Design Certificate from Humber College and is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), which enables her to professionally prepare the home for sale and maximize the value of any real estate investment. In 2012 she received the Century 21 Masters Silver award and the Heritage Gold award for outstanding performance. Her various community activities included volunteer participation with St. James Food Basket, Caledon Community Services and Caledon Bethel Hospice.
Past clients, neighbours and friends are warmly invited to stop by the newly renovated office, where they can sign up for various complimentary real estate seminars or just drop by to find out about the latest market trends. The Century 21 Heritage Group office is located at 43 Queen St. North, next to the Mortgage Centre, or by phone at 905-857-0000.
